Can I use ChefFlow without paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited events, clients, menus, recipes, calendar, basic invoicing, and prep lists. No credit card required to start.
What does the 1% platform fee cover?
When you collect payments through Stripe Connect, ChefFlow takes a 1% platform fee on each transaction. This is on top of standard Stripe processing fees. There is no platform fee if you invoice outside of ChefFlow.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro or Business, features like Remy AI and extra storage become read-only. You can still view everything, but new usage is limited to your current plan.
Do my clients pay anything to use ChefFlow?
No. Clients receive emails, invoices, and documents from you at no charge. There is no client-side subscription or platform fee.
